1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Nitzi Diamond Co. website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Purchases

  • All diamonds sold by Nitzi Diamond Co. are lab-grown and come with IGI or GIA certification.
  • Prices are listed in CAD/USD as indicated and are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
  • Product images are representative; minor variations in color and appearance may occur.

3. Payment

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

4. Shipping

  • We ship to addresses within Canada and the United States.
  • All shipments are fully insured during transit.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • We offer a 30-day return policy on non-custom items in original, unworn condition.
  • Custom and bespoke orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

6. Warranty

All Nitzi Diamond Co. jewelry comes with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of Nitzi Diamond Co. and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nitzi Diamond Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
